By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Megomi API (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Megomi provides API tools that retrieve publicly available information from third-party websites.

• We are not affiliated with any third-party platforms
• We do not control external websites
• We do not guarantee availability or accuracy of data
• We may store API response data to operate, support, secure, and improve the Service

The Service is provided as a technical tool only.

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account
• Provide a valid email address
• Keep your API key secure
• Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• The Service uses a prepaid credit system
• Purchases are one-time payments (no subscriptions)
• Credits may expire or be discontinued at our discretion
• Prices may change at any time

If you enable auto-recharge, we may charge your saved payment method when credits fall below a specified threshold.

Refunds are provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal activities
• Harassment or stalking
• Surveillance of individuals without lawful basis
• Spamming or unsolicited outreach
• Political manipulation or disinformation
• Violating privacy or data protection laws
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Any activity that harms others

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for misuse.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms, policies, and laws applicable to the websites you access.

We are not responsible for violations of third-party terms.

External websites frequently change or block automated access. Therefore:

• Endpoints may stop working at any time
• Features may be modified or removed without notice
• We do not guarantee uptime or continuity
• We are not responsible for lost business or data

We may store API response data, request metadata, usage logs, and other operational data.

We use this data to provide the Service, debug issues, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and support customers.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of data
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Continuous availability
• Compatibility with your systems

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Megomi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Megomi from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights or laws

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
